Email Delivery Logs: Records of invoice emails you send (recipient address, timestamps, delivery status, and usage counts) used to provide the service and enforce plan limits

To provide, maintain, and improve our services and features
To process your account registration, subscription payments, and transactions
To send you important service updates, technical notices, and support messages
To deliver invoice emails on your behalf through our email service provider and to enforce monthly sending limits

To enforce subscription limits and prevent abuse

3. Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

Secure Payment Processing: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle subscription payments. When you make a payment, Stripe collects your payment information and processes the transaction. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and basic billing information.

All payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS standards. Your payment information (credit card details, billing address) is stored securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We may receive and store the last 4 digits of your card number and card brand for account identification purposes.

Email Delivery: We use Juanito Email (email.juanitocomponent.com) to send invoice emails on your behalf. When you trigger an email, we share the recipient address, subject, and message content required to deliver the invoice.

Email delivery data is limited to what is necessary to send the message. We retain email delivery logs to troubleshoot delivery issues and enforce the monthly sending limits associated with your plan.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that assist us in operating our platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Juanito Email for invoice delivery, cloud hosting providers)
Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
Safety and Protection: To protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our users or others
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of assets, or acquisition

You retain all ownership rights to the invoices and client data you create using GV Invoice. Your invoices and client information are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes or share your browsing data with third-party advertisers. The tokens are essential for the service to function and are automatically removed when you log out.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request access to your personal data we hold
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings
Deletion: Delete your account and associated data at any time
Subscription Management: Cancel your subscription and manage payment methods
Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your account information for a reasonable period to allow for account recovery. Email delivery logs tied to your account are kept only as long as necessary to enforce plan limits, troubleshoot delivery issues, or comply with legal requirements.
