Email sending allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. All invoice emails are dispatched through GV Invoice's centrally managed email infrastructure, and we reserve the right to enforce these limits to maintain service quality.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. All fees are charged monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle. If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will lose access to premium features and any content that exceeds free tier limits. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to free tier limitations.

GV Invoice makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall GV Invoice or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GV Invoice, even if GV Invoice or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or cancel your subscription.
GV Invoice reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email or through the service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
